He blamed political opponents for waging a “negative campaign” against the AAP by calling its leader Arvind Kejriwal a “terrorist”. The Aam Aadmi party appeared to be heading for a clean sweep in Punjab after taking the lead in 88 of 117 assembly seats after the first rounds of voting on Thursday, with Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, SAD Patriarch Parkash Singh Badal and former CM Amarinder Singh among the heavy weights who were in the queue.
